They show the ability to master complex technical subjects, demonstrated either through strong academic performance or third-party certifications. This role is a launchpad to gain proficiency in security products, deliver billable project work, and build professional consulting skills. This is a remote, full-time opportunity based in the United States. New or upcoming graduates with degrees in Computer Science or related IT fields are encouraged to apply! The position is currently not open for visa sponsorship or transfer.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Build technical depth in one or more identity/security platforms. * Demonstrate independence in product installation, configuration, and reporting. * Strengthen client communication and professional consulting abilities. * Work toward industry-recognized certifications and continuous self-development. Requirement Skills and Education: * BS in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Basic knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts (provisioning, RBAC, authentication). * Familiarity with IT infrastructure (Windows/AD, networking fundamentals, cloud basics). * Strong communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions. * Demonstrated initiative in self-learning and personal development.
