Those in proposal strategy at PwC will effectively communicate ideas, solutions and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders. Working in this area, you will support the largest, most strategic opportunities at current or prospective clients by providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching, pursuit and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) sales methodology, professional pursuit coaching, bid management, bid evaluation and copy-editing support and advice.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Bid administrative process :
  • Do research on administrative documents and requirements in the bid process .
  • Prepare administrative documents needed in the bid/pursuit process (legal and/or finance documents, statement letters and any other administrative requirements from client) .
  • Liaise with various internal unit teams and ensure all administration documents needed in the bid process according to the key milestone.
  • Bid hub infrastructure :
  • Maintain information sharing tools/site content, including standard self help tools for small medium proposals.
  • Contributing to - and helping maintain - the content management repositories.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge, research and analytical abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environments.
  • Must be available to start immediately or within a short notice period to meet FY25 objectives.
