Job Overview About the Role: The team: Our Technology team oversees the operation of our client-facing and colleague Platforms by working with our internal business teams and our three core business segments: Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle, and Optimization to deliver an outstanding experience to our Partners through our Products. Responsibilities and impact: We are looking for highly motivated technology professionals to develop new and enhance Osttra's trade notification product portfolio with the opportunity to undertake a significant role of the future of the latest products. You will have 3-5 years’ experience of Java development to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of Financial Services clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally. Key Responsibilities Develop new and enhance existing Java applications that form the latest trade notification platform. Work closely with a wide cross functional team including QA and Professional Services. Provide clear documentation of the design and functionality of the product. What we’re looking for: Minimum of 3 years of Java application development utilising recognised Java tools. Detailed knowledge and use of Java8,11,17 & 21 constructs. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) working with both technical and non-technical staff. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Rigorous and precise approach to software development, utilising relevant Java testing and debug tools. Experience/interest in agile methodologies ie Scrum or Kanban. Demonstrable problem solving skills.
