Duties and Responsibilities The Associate III will assist supervisor in setting and meeting quality standards for design and technical accuracy. Assist in coordination of the deliverables of the Working Drawings. Develop a greater understanding of codes and accessibility requirements. Develop standard knowledge of construction. Assemble set of production drawings. Create and make revisions for daily designs and technical development of assigned projects. Ensure all deadlines are met as specified by project manager; and if necessary give adequate notice if issues are unresolved. Ensure quality of design/production process: planning solutions, model accuracy, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Maintain Revit efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field plus 1 year of experience as an Associate III or a related occupation.
Responsibilities
The Associate III will support the supervisor in establishing and achieving quality standards for design and technical accuracy, while also coordinating the deliverables for working drawings. Responsibilities include developing knowledge of codes and construction standards, assembling production drawings, and creating daily design revisions for assigned projects.
