What you’ll do As an Associate III, Sales Support, you’ll be at the heart of our order management operations. You’ll process and manage moderate to complex orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, and support customers with pricing, availability, and order status. You’ll also handle escalations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process enhancements that prevent financial loss and improve customer experience. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver value to vendor partners and maintain our reputation for excellence. We’re looking for someone with: Around 1–2 years of experience in order management, sales support, or a related function. Strong attention to detail and accountability in reviewing and processing orders. Experience navigating SAP is an advantage A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving processes. Excellent communicator to manage correspondences over emails and voice channels.
