Our Opportunity Chewy is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Dropship Operations team as an Associate Instock Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Dropship organization through vendor management, order management, and ensuring product availability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, develop analytical skills, and contribute to the success of our e-commerce business. What You’ll Do Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve instock rates, forecasting accuracy, and on-time shipment rates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement Assist in writing and preparing business documents and reports Help automate manual tasks and develop scalable solutions to streamline processes Communicate issues, changes in priorities, and updates to stakeholders Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues What You’ll Need 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or related fields such as buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance, or marketing Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid time, data, and organizational management abilities Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; a self-starter who delivers results Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Fluency in Mandarin Chinese A Plus If You Have Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques Experience with e-commerce operations Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages #LI-BB2 The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
