Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the entire lifecycle of dispute cases, from initial intake and logging to final resolution and archiving, ensuring meticulous adherence to procedural timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate meeting agendas, board papers, and minutes for IDR Committee meetings, capturing key decisions and action items with precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and timely information exchange regarding dispute status.
• Maintain and manage the IDR case management system, ensuring data integrity, accurate record-keeping, and efficient retrieval of case-related information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Possession of professional certifications such as Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on claims, compliance, or dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance regulations and dispute resolution mechanisms, preferably within a formal committee setting.
