As part of the Customer Experience team you will design innovative user experiences that meet client needs and enhance satisfaction. As an Associate you will support senior staff in creating impactful design solutions while developing your knowledge in user-centered design practices. This position allows you to collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders, making sure that your designs resonate with users and drive engagement.
