Overview The Associate, Integrated Media Planning assists in the coordination and execution of media plans under the guidance of a Senior Associate and Manager. As the day-to-day support to their respective strategy team, some daily responsibilities involve collaborating closely with cross-functional and investment buyers, maintaining and updating tracker reports, gathering data to support a media recommendation, and updating media activity flowcharts and timelines. At the entry-level, the Associate will begin to develop a working knowledge of the media space inclusive of online and offline channels such as, but not limited to, TV, Streaming, OOH, Digital and Social. Qualifications Graduate of a four-year college or university 0-1 year of business experience or industry internships Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word An eagerness and passion to learn about media planning across channels and platforms Strong organization skills and high attention to detail Responsibilities Passion - approaches any situation with energy and interest. Displays passion for pop culture, trends and motivations in consumer behavior. Problem Solving - clients, partners and even we are imperfect, but all challenges have solutions. Supports management to address challenges and/or asks for help from above when needed. Accountability - stays on top of deliverables and ensures timely delivery of direct responsibilities. Relationship Building - practices the ability to be personal, understanding and a desire to do what's best for the team and the client. #LI-SO1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $34,000—$60,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
