QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • UK PQE NQ-3 PQE; Singapore 2-5 PQE; Australia 3-5 PQE; other jurisdictions: equivalent PQE
  • Law degree from a reputable school with strong academic track record.
  • International law firm background and/or international experience preferred.
  • Good legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic team player, ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient.
  • Energy disputes experience, including LNG disputes experience a plus.
  • Litigation advocacy and/or second working language proficiency a plus.
  • Investment treaty arbitration experience a plus.
  • Written assessment and references will be required.
Responsibilities
