Your Mission

As our Capital Markets Associate, you’ll make sure the numbers behind Beehive’s funding relationships are always right, always on time, and always ready for the next conversation. You’ll be the person our funding partners and our own Credit and Operations teams rely on for clean, accurate data whenever it’s needed.

In This Role, That Means

Owning the monthly reporting cycle end to end, turning ad hoc data requests from institutions into fast and accurate responses, and being the connection between Capital Markets and the teams we depend on to get the details right.

Day to Day

  • Owning Beehive’s monthly reporting to institutional funding partners, ensuring figures are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time, every time.
  • Reviewing and preparing data requests from current and prospective funding institutions, shaping raw numbers into the format each partner needs for due diligence, underwriting, or ongoing monitoring.
  • Acting as the link between Capital Markets and other functions particularly Credit, Operations, and the Finance team and coordinating information flow so funding decisions and portfolio reviews move quickly.
  • Supporting the team in preparing investor ready materials, from reporting packs to data tapes to one-off analysis for prospective lenders and investors.
  • Tracking portfolio performance metrics relevant to our funding partners, flagging anything that needs attention before it becomes a question.
  • Helping build and refine reporting templates, trackers, and processes as Beehive’s institutional funding base grows.
  • Getting involved in ad hoc Capital Markets projects as new priori
