Under The Direction Of The Investment Directors And VPs

• Build the analytical basis for performance-improvement initiatives, then work alongside VPs and Directors through implementation to materialize the impact.
• Conduct industry and company research for portfolio reviews and Investment Committee purposes.
• Consolidate management and operational information from OpCos per the prescribed reporting templates, and contribute to IC and PRC document preparation and presentation.
• Interface with portfolio-company management and third-party advisors.

Investment

• Execute M&A transactions at the IDO or portfolio-company level: lead the process, coordinate workstreams, and manage third-party advisors through to completion.
• Build full financial models, projections, and valuations to support each transaction.
• Conduct industry and company research for in-house due diligence and initial Investment Committee review.
• Follow up on the commercial and financial due diligence undertaken by third-party advisors.

Rating Support

• Provide periodic support to the Rating department with analysis and commentary on RAK Government financial performance.
• Address rating queries promptly and provide the support needed for submission to the agencies.
