Position Summary The Associate, Investor Relations (Client Service Operations), is an operations-focused role responsible for the accurate execution, scalability, and continuous improvement of investor-related operational workflows. It serves as a critical operational partner to Investor Relations, Accounting, and cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and a high standard of investor service. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work closely with both onshore teams and offshore resources to ensure accuracy across all investor-facing systems. Your Scope of Responsibilities: This position serves as the primary operational point of contact, overseeing day-to-day investor workflows, capital events, reconciliations, and data accuracy across internal teams, investors, and custodians. Key Responsibilities: Operations: Capital Management: Manage daily investor operations including subscription document review and the preparation of transfer, resale, and redemption agreements. Lead the execution of capital call notices, Right of First Refusal (ROFR) messages to investors, and quarterly distribution uploads within the company’s investor database management & CRM software, Juniper Square. Onboarding & Compliance: Provide comprehensive operational support to Senior Associates and facilitate the onboarding process for 1031 exchange investors. Data Integrity: Work closely with the Accounting team to maintain complete accuracy and consistency of investor data in Juniper Square Financial Reconciliation: Partner with the Accounting department to reconcile investor cash activity and capital raise amounts via HZ’s task management software, Monday.com. Data Management - Work closely with the Accounting team to maintain complete accuracy and consistency of investor data in Juniper Square Reporting & Analytics: Lead investor and property reporting initiatives, including portfolio valuation projects and ad hoc reporting requests Institutional Liaison: Coordinate directly with IRA custodians regarding investor retirement account transactions, including capital calls, property sales, consolidations, and the delivery of quarterly distribution breakdowns Process improvement: Proactively and continuously identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, and operational risks; escalate issues with recommended solutions Obtain and maintain a Notary Public license (company-supported, as required) Client Services: Provide support for IR inbox coverage as required, ensuring prompt and professional responses to routine investor inquiries via Freshdesk. Respond to investor inquiries by phone through RingCentral, ensuring prompt follow-up and thorough documentation. Engage directly with investors through our CRM, Juniper Square, to secure necessary consents and approvals for capital events. Other Duties: All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
