POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Investor Relations Associate at JD Development Group, you will bridge North American real estate opportunities with global capital, serving as a critical link to Mandarin-speaking investors and financial partners. This role combines real estate finance expertise, cross-cultural communication, and investor strategy to secure funding, steward relationships, and drive our mission of “A Different Way of Living.”

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (written and spoken; Cantonese a plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Real Estate, or Business; CFA/MBA/CPA candidates preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in real estate investor relations, private equity, or cross-border investment, with underwriting exposure.
