Job Summary: The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing (1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and (2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings. Job Duties: Job Responsibilities: Conduct research and data compilation and perform basis analysis using internal databases Assist in handling general enquiries and complaints Assist in updating internal documents template and operational procedures Assist in review of functional specification and user acceptance testing for custom-built systems Assist in preparing statistics, periodic regulatory reporting, and other ad-hoc reporting to meet with various reporting requirements of the Department Provide support for adhoc projects or tasks within the Department Job Requirements: University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or related subject At least 2 years’ working experience in well-established organisations Diligent, well-organised, energetic and willing to learn Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in conducting research and data compilation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, PowerAutomate and Copilot is an advantage HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
