Description
The Associate IT Analyst is a key component of Casey’s Accounting and Finance IT Department. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to meet business requirements. They gather and document user needs, conduct system analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements. The IT Analyst works closely with stakeholders, such as business users, developers, and product teams, to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives that align with Casey’s strategic goals.   Key Responsibilities: * Support Oracle Financials subledgers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Monitor production and incident management to maintain high availability and performance. * Ensure change management governance adheres to established standards. * Build relationships and work collaboratively within the ERP Systems team and Accounting. * Participate in monthly close processes and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability. * Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation Starting pay range: $61,100 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$80,200. ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.  Qualifications * This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Casey’s will not provide sponsorship or employer support for applications or petitions for F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, J-1, or any other employment-based visa. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology. * 1+ years’ experience of financial business systems analysis and support. * Some experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. * Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills. * Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Ability to work in a team environment with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions. * Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with Oracle Financials updates. Other Knowledge or Experience: * Experience in User acceptance testing and QA. * Intermediate level or above Excel skills. This role does not allow for 100% remote work. Qualified candidates must live within a daily commutable distance of Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA and be willing to work onsite 5 days per week.
