REQUIREMENTS:

  • Secondary technical education or extramural students of the last 2 years of technical studies
  • General understanding of IT related aspects
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
  • Due to the local character of the work, presence in the office in Poznan is required (especially during the induction period)
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
Responsibilities
  • Remote support of customers in the field of IT
  • Communication with the user
  • Preliminary analysis of problems and incidents
  • ServiceDesk software support
  • Resolving basic requests
  • Forwarding advanced requests to third and second line support
  • Managing hardware inventory and licenses
  • Preparation and supervision of computer workstations
