KBF Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking an Experienced Associate to join our PHL Tax Team.  Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and reviewing income tax provisions and related calculations. * Support U.S. tax compliance processes, including returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates. * Perform detailed analyses and calculations in line with clients’ tax strategies. * Contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of tax provision and compliance services, meeting both client expectations and statutory deadlines. * Develop technical skills by learning U.S. tax law, trends, and developments, with a focus on accounting for income taxes. * Manage assigned projects and tasks proactively, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers, partners, and team members regarding project status, timelines, issues, and budgets. * Gain experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) from a reputable university; US CPA license a plus. * Minimum of two years of progressive tax experience, preferably gained from a Big 4 firm, leading public accounting firm, or in a U.S. tax practice. * Demonstrated track record of high performance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. * Strong ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully within a collaborative team. * Excellent communication skills, with the professionalism to interact confidently with colleagues, clients, and senior leadership. * Flexibility to work overtime or overlapping hours during US peak tax season months This position is for Philippine-based applicants only
