About the Role (ポジションの概要) (1) 国内法人得意先(家電量販店)を担当していただきます 我々ダイソンとお得意先との友好的な商業取引に導く、ダイソンの発展と成長に欠かせないポジションです。 Main Responsibilities 売上目標の達成 ダイソンと小売本部との年間戦略・目標にそった商談の実施 販促計画のすべてついて定期的に合意、更新し管理する 売上予測と販促活動に沿って利益予算を補助管理する 市場分析、販促、季節性、流通の変更、新製品、他社情報などを把握し、正確な12ヶ月業績予測を補助する 小売本部の要望を正確に理解し小売法人の収益性を把握する 店舗及びWebにおいて売上を最大化する 商談で決定された業務内容を現場(店舗及びWeb)において実行する。 店舗にて高品質な営業活動が行えるよう、鮮度が高く正確な情報を定期的に本部担当、店舗担当間で共有する。 社内管理データを定期的に用い、店頭で施策が確実に行われるようにする 新製品の早期導入の為、確実な商談を実施する 本部担当・店舗担当間でと連携し月次の施策を立案・補助し現場にて対応する 顧客Webサイトの運用に関与し正確な情報発信を心がける 説得力のあるプレゼンテーションを小売法人に行う 顧客ニーズにあった「顧客を勝ち取れる提案」を実施する 小売法人の商品部との商談を定期的に行う 顧客と合意された計画を社内各部署と連携し、強い意志で最後までやりとげる。 About You (募集要項) 経験 営業経験3年以上 顧客の本部担当経験 予算作成管理の実績 小売業界、もしくは家電業界に関する実践的知識 スキル 口頭および書面での高度のコミュニケーション・スキル(英語はプラス) 人間関係の構築に長ける 分析スキル 他人に影響を与えるスキル 個人およびビジネスでの優秀なプレゼンテーション・スキル 多種多様なチームの意欲を引き出すことができる力強いチームプレーヤー 能力 自ら進んで行動し最後までやり遂げる エネルギッシュで、前向きな態度 意志が強く、計画をやり遂げる覚悟があり、抵抗に打ち勝つ 知的で、機転が利き、注意深い 論理的で、余裕がある 結果主義 #LI-CY1 Dyson is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities
The Associate Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and executing strategic negotiations with retail partners. They will also manage promotional plans, conduct market analysis, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and retail partners.
