Whether it's improving revenue cycle efficiency, navigating unclaimed property issues, or mitigating risk, our platform delivers real-time, actionable insights to drive better outcomes Job Description As a Net Revenue Consultant, the individual is expected to develop deep subject matter expertise in hospital and health system operational and financial drivers of net revenue, assist in the net revenue month-end close process for our core clients, assist in analytical work on one-time engagements or special projects, deliver results to clients, and coach less experienced team members. Qualifications 1+ years in a consulting organization or hospital and health system environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred but not required. CPA license preferred but not required. Must have strong analytical skills and familiarity with working with complex financial data sets. Must have a baseline understanding of cash versus accrual basis of accounting. Must have a baseline understanding of the interaction between balance sheet, income statement, and the cash flow statement. Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others within a team-oriented environment. Must be comfortable with data and technology. Must have a strong reputation and references with previous employers, clients, contacts, etc. Requires strong written and verbal communication including effective presentation skills. Ability to manage working on multiple projects and under conflicting deadlines concurrently. An understanding of Healthcare financial accounting and reporting, including reimbursement, month-end close, and net revenue analysis, is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
