For more information : www.trackwizz.com Job Description Learning & Development Support • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing CoP sessions, knowledge- sharing forums, and learning initiatives. • Support facilitators and speakers with session coordination, communication, and follow-ups. Newsletter & Communication • Draft, design, and publish CoP and L&D newsletters to promote learning activities and highlight key takeaways. • Write clear, engaging emails and internal communication related to learning programs and events. Creative & Content Design • Create basic creative designs for newsletters, learning announcements, and internal campaigns. • Innovate on content formats to improve engagement and participation in L&D initiatives. Collaboration & Engagement • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather content, success stories, and updates for newsletters. • Encourage employee participation in learning initiatives through effective communication. Continuous Improvement • Collect feedback from participants and suggest improvements for future CoP sessions and learning programs. • Stay curious and continuously learn new tools, trends, and best practices in L&D and internal communications.
