Main responsibilities You will be involved in a broad range of high-value and cross-border matters, including: Advising on banking and finance transactions Supporting transactional due diligence processes and risk analysis Advising on financial services regulatory matters, including EU regulatory frameworks and market developments Engaging in ESG and sustainable finance-related mandates Driving the execution of transactions and managing workstreams with increasing client exposure Qualified lawyer in Greece with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience Solid experience in banking & finance transactions Exposure to financial services regulation, ideally at EU level (knowledge of UK frameworks is an advantage) Strong drafting skills in Greek and English Experience in a top-tier law firm or international environment will be favorably considered Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing within a high-performing team At KG, the compensation program is designed to recognize and reward employees for their accomplishments and the value they bring to the firm.
