Ersoy Law is a dynamic and growing law firm offering fully remote legal services across Ontario. We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer with experience in Business Law and Real Estate Law to join our practice on a fee-split basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried position.

We are looking for a confident and capable lawyer who can handle files with minimal supervision from intake to closing. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is client-focused, brings a positive attitude, and is interested in growing alongside our firm.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• 2+ years of experience in Business Law and/or Real Estate Law
• Ability to independently manage files from start to finish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with remote work tools and systems
• A genuine commitment to client service
