CBM Lawyers is hiring as associate lawyer to join our insurance law team and work alongside our group of experienced lawyers and support staff to provide high-quality services to our clients. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 8 years of litigation experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, applications, briefs, and agreements.
• Managing client files, including correspondence, documentation and billing.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and support staff.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree from accredited law school
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta or equivalent Canadian accreditation
• 2 plus years experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
