The Contentious Corporate, Insolvency & Corporate Crime practice brings together Roschier’s long-standing expertise in high-stakes commercial disputes, cross-border insolvency, investigations and corporate misconduct matters. The Sanctions & Trade Compliance practice addresses the rapidly growing need for legal guidance on international sanctions, export controls and internal compliance processes – an area that has become business-critical considering recent geopolitical developments.
One of the unique features is the close cooperation between the Stockholm and Helsinki offices, allowing us to draw on the cross-border resources of both offices for large international mandates.

We are currently seeking new colleagues to join in Helsinki primarily for the following role:
Associate(s)/senior associate(s) with interest to work with both practices. You may be a recent graduate with an interest in the practices, or you may already have some years of working experience on one or more of the topics (e.g. insolvency, dispute resolution, sanctions or export control), and are eager to learn more on them and the other focus areas.
In this role, your work would include assisting our clients with matters related to the currently expanding sanctions and export control regimes, as well as assignments relating to contentious corporate, insolvency and corporate crime matters. Therefore, a general interest in dispute resolution is also essential. Whether providing advice on our clients’ sanctions-related questions, developing compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, assisting in authority investigations, representing clients in court or arbitration proceedings, we guide our clients through the related complexities.
