SUMMARY

We are seeking to add an experienced employment lawyer to our team. This is a full-time position, and the preferred candidate will have 3 to 5 years experience working in the employment law area of civil litigation. The chosen candidate will enjoy working with a tight-knit group of individuals in a team-focused environment and have a license to practice law in British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar in British Columbia
  • Proven experience as an Employment Lawyer or similar role
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Excellent research and writing abilities
  • Proficiency with legal research tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to client service excellence
