We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who:

  • Has 3+ years of legal experience
  • Is currently working at a mid-to-large firm but craving more autonomy, purpose, and control of their career
  • Wants to build a practice aligned with their passions and strengths

  • Is interested in becoming a partner and future leader of the firm
  • Embraces the entrepreneurial side of law – business development, team leadership, and client relationship building

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you would:

  • Build and manage your own client base in your preferred area(s) of practice
  • Handle client files from start to finish with autonomy and care
  • Help maintain and strengthen our culture of client-first service
  • Follow established firm systems and processes to deliver consistent, top-tier legal service
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm, ideally stepping into a partnership and succession track
  • Collaborate with our small, close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment
