Katzman Estate Law is a rapidly growing law firm located on Ouellette Avenue in Windsor, Ontario. We are seeking a lawyer with at least one year of litigation experience or at least one year working with estates to practice exclusively in the areas of estate administration and litigation.
The successful candidate will receive a salary as well as a generous and transparent bonus structure based on collected billings. After an attainable threshold, the associate will keep half of their collected billings. Both of our current associates have made bonus every year.
All applicants must be licensed with the LSO. Technological proficiency is a requitement of this position. This is an on-site position.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year salary plus a bonus based on collected billings. The expected total pay is estimated to be $120,000 to $150,000 once the associate is acclimated to estate litigation and performing well. Performance is a requirement of the position, with compensation to match.
