Responsibilities:
- Handle a litigation file from start to finish , Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Negotiate and settle legal disputes on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop legal strategies
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school OR NCA
- Admission to the bar in Alberta
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in legal drafting, litigation and negotiation is preferred
Proficient in other languages apart from English is an added advantage but not necessary
Ability to handle a litigation case file from Consultation through closing is required

As a Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal services to our clients. You will be responsible for Consulting, conducting research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
