As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled associate lawyer to join our practice and handle a full caseload of personal injury matters.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake to resolution, including client meetings, drafting, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation where necessary. This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer looking to grow in a supportive environment and be rewarded for results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Minimum 4 years of active practice in personal injury law.
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload.

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury files.
• Conduct client meetings, provide ongoing legal advice, and maintain client relationships.
• Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at discoveries, mediations, and court appearances.
• Work collaboratively with the principal lawyer and support staff to achieve excellent client outcomes.
