Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Veeva OpenData is global reference data for healthcare professionals and organizations. It contains addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, compliance data (license information and industry identifiers), and affiliations. It will be available in 100+ countries by the end of 2025 and 125 countries by the end of 2025.
As our associate lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify various data related to OpenData while following compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes and execute process and technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team’s performance (efficiency and quality).
To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.
