What’s the job?
We’re seeking an Associate Learning Facilitator (Associate Lecturer) to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and student engagement within the MBA Flex program and other postgraduate offerings.
This role is central to the pilot delivery of the MBA Flex intake model, where subjects are offered every five weeks with variable completion timelines. You’ll assist Senior Learning Facilitators in preparing, delivering and assessing subjects, while also monitoring student progression, tracking assessments, maintaining compliance records and reporting outcomes.
It’s a role that blends teaching support with student engagement and operational responsibilities, designed for educators who want to contribute to flexible, student-centred learning environments.
This is a Full time - Fixed Term role until 30th June 2026. The succesful candidate will be required to be located in Melbourne and have full working rights in Australia. To learn more about this role
