To deliver high-quality teaching, assessment and academic support for the MBA/BA Top up modules, ensuring an engaging student learning experience and compliance with the College's academic quality standards.

The Programme Lead will oversee curriculum delivery, maintain academic standards, support student success, and ensure the programme remains aligned with current developments in Business Administration related sector.

• The role will also contribute to programme development, quality assurance, partnership engagement, and the continuous enhancement of teaching and learning across the programme.
