Do you have a passion for education and are bursting with enthusiasm to develop and inspire adults who want to improve the English skills?
We are looking for outstanding and motivated Lecturers to join our ESOL team with opportunities to teach ESOL. Teaching will predominantly be to our adult learners at our sites in Boston & Spalding as well as at local employers in Lincolnshire.
No previous experience of teaching is required, and we offer an enhanced package of support. This includes working closely with our Quality and Learning Leads, receiving tailored support for induction, lesson preparation, ILT, peer observing and getting the basics right.
You will also have the opportunity to obtain a teaching qualification through the initial training programme for new teachers.
For the successful candidate, the College will pay for the initial DBS check on appointment. A condition of employment is that the appointee registers for and maintains the yearly DBS Update Service fee of currently £13 per year.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LECTURERS

• CELTS/DELTA or equivalent
• Minimum level 2 qualification in English and Maths
• Demonstrate a real enthusiasm for teaching, with an ability to motivate and inspire learners to succeed.
