POSITION REQUIREMENTS - ASSOCIATE LECTURER

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in medical imaging or medical radiation sciences.
  • Minimum three years’ experience as a diagnostic radiographer with experience in computed tomography.
  • Registered as a medical radiation practitioner (diagnostic radiography) with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
  • Familiarity with University standards, including research, academic writing, and accurate referencing practices.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ADDITIONAL FOR LECTURER

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in medical imaging or medical radiation sciences and evidence of significant progress towards completion of a related post-graduate academic credential.
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a diagnostic radiographer, preferably with experience in computed tomography.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, with experience in multi-modal delivery strategies for student support.
