For more information : www.trackwizz.com Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze and negotiate Client & Vendor Agreements and other supplemental documents. Work with cross-functional teams (may include end client representatives) to agree on the contractual requirements. Maintain the agreements, documents, records and proper files in a structured manner in the Legal database and MIS tools of the company. Maintain timely renewal of contracts and track upcoming deadlines for the same. Knowledge of IP, company, contract and MSME laws. Keep up with other regulatory Changes in the law as per the requirements from time to time. Qualifications Requirements: 1. Qualification: LLB 2. Must have hands-on experience of drafting/review/vetting of NDA, MSA (Service Agreement, Software License Agreements) for Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions. 3. Non-litigation experience would be preferable.
