Job Title: Associate, Leveraged Finance & Project Finance Syndicate
Location: London
SALARY: Competitive package available
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week or 60% of our time, at our London office.
About this opportunity
We’re currently offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Leveraged Finance & Project Finance Syndicate team, part of the Debt Solutions group within Client Solutions.
You’ll support the structuring, execution, and distribution of complex debt transactions alongside the Strategic Debt Finance (“SDF”) and Infrastructure & Project Finance (“I&PF”) origination teams. This role sits at the intersection of origination and capital markets, providing exposure to both client-facing and investor-focused activities.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage deal execution, prepare marketing materials, coordinate with internal stakeholders (such as credit, legal, and coverage teams), and engage with institutional investors and banks during syndication. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in high-profile transactions and develop a deep understanding of the debt capital markets and structured finance landscape.
