Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit. Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and other departments to facilitate efficient logistics processes. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment schedules, and logistics documentation. Analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend improvements for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies and best practices. Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and present findings to management. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for logistics operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
