As part of JBT Marel Global Logistics, we’re seeking a dedicated Associate Logistics Specialist to support procurement, manage global shipping tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and equipment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing shipping operations:

• Support procurement on inbound supplies from external suppliers.
• Manage global shipping tasks for green field projects in alignment with Sales Engineers.
• Secure on-time delivery of spare parts to end-customers globally.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery performance for both spare parts and equipment.
• Utilize global logistics standards and best practices from freight quotation to on-site delivery.
• Handle exceptions related to sales order deliveries and implement corrective actions.
• Support the Logistics Supervisors on various projects.
