Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift. The job would begin training at 6:45am-3:15pm. However, due to business need/coverage it could evolve to a 10:00am-6:30pm schedule.

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Associate Logistics Technician to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of a precision control components company. This position reports to the Stockroom Supervisor along with the Stockroom Coordinator(s) and Packaging Clerk(s). As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or stockroom environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and strong keyboard/data entry accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift and handle parts and boxes weighing up to 65 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic stockroom environment requiring manual handling and attention to safety.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock balances, receive and issue parts, and perform cycle counts and reconciliations across all stockrooms.
  • Proficiently navigate and utilize up to 32 transaction screens for verifications, corrections, kit and shop floor issues, shortage fulfillment, receiving, returns, inter-stock transfers, and spare shipments.
  • Ensure high accuracy in part handling and data entry, particularly in tracking lot-traceable parts in a real-time inventory system.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Program Analysts, Engineers, Dispatch Personnel, Model Shop Expediters, Receiving Inspection, and Assembly/Test teams.
  • Train new team members on standard operating procedures and systems.
  • Adhere to ESD safety protocols and proper packaging and material handling procedures to prevent product damage or personal injury.
  • Identify and address deviations from standard practices such as packaging inconsistencies, incorrect cure dates, or improper material handling.
  • Maintain stockroom cleanliness, organize materials, consolidate inventory, and restock supplies as needed.
