JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of the Quality Mgt & Administration (Loyalty Marketing Department) of Marketing Planning division.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in any discipline. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be digitally savvy and comfortable working with systems and applications.

FINANCE DUTIES

1. Dept budget coordination

• Coordinate annual budget planning
• Coordinate budgets overruns and forecasting reports to FIN and assist in virement.

1. Billing, Invoice processing & issuance

• Monthly preparation of month-end accruals and budget vs expenditure reports to FIN
• Raise and track 3rd party invoices for verification, approval

1. Cover for Finance-related matters

ANY OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS ASSIGNED

Where required, to assist with any other duties assigned by the department heads.
