Your impact As an Associate, you’ll work closely with the Director and Senior Associate to support client needs and help us achieve our goal of being #1 in client satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior Analyst or recent Graduate passionate about the property sector to gain exposure to sophisticated deals and accelerate your career. What You’ll Do Build and maintain financial models, assessing risks and opportunities for new and existing property lending. Prepare credit submissions and annual reviews, ensuring timely decisions, accurate documentation, and funding. Manage portfolio data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements. Conduct research and analysis to understand client property needs and market trends, supporting relationship strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service, reflected in positive client feedback and survey results. What are we looking for? We’re seeking a self-driven junior Analyst or Graduate with a strong desire to learn and develop finance skills in the property sector. To succeed, you’ll bring: Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent research and strong financial analysis capabilities. Quick grasp of complex transactions and client-specific information. Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
