Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within AI and automation delivery Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through structured upskilling, coaching, and capability-building Set clear goals and performance expectations, ensuring accountability and high-quality results Promote collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the team and across functions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in AI, intelligent automation (RPA, ML, NLP, etc.), digital transformation, or related fields Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful AI and automation solutions with measurable business value Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning, upskilling, and developing others Master's degree in a relevant field Prior experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or informal team leadership People management experience (direct or indirect) Passion for emerging technologies and their application in solving business challenges
