The Company’s Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 104,000.00 USD - 136,500.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Manager, Strategic Corporate Initiatives to drive high-impact projects and shape strategic collaboration across our organization. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations—leading key meetings, building powerful analytics tools, and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver results in Service, Cost, and Cash. You’ll work closely with partners across Supply Chain, BPT, Finance, Commercial, and the NA COE Pod to turn data into decisions and ideas into action.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operation Management, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Operations or Capabilities or advanced degree with 3+ years of work experience in Supply Chain Operations or Capabilities
  • Military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Software experience: Power BI, Tableau, SAP/BW, Access, Advanced Excel, Experience with Kinaxis RR preferred
  • Additional Software experience: Microsoft Office including Project/Visio, Kinaxis RR
  • Self-starter who can drive results given ambiguity and minimal direction and oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across the organization
  • Advanced project management skills
  • The ability to build business partnerships and external collaboration opportunities wherever possible
  • Knowledge of benchmarking and implementation of industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to organize and prioritize the issues and activities necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to take a position and to persevere in the face of significant challenge
  • Experience with an industry leading Ecommerce or Omni-Channel firm implementing supply chain solutions
  • Supply chain experience in other disciplines such as Transportation, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Supply/Demand Planning, Manufacturing or Procurement desired
  • Change management skills

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Supply Chain Tableau and Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources
  • Represent SCJ capabilities in daily/weekly ritual & routines with cross-functional partners
  • Maintain supply chain accountability for actions & escalations taken through the daily rituals & routines
  • Work with supply chain, finance, and commercial partners to integrate category strategies tied to the working capital budget
