As associate manager, Community Engagement, you will Bring the brand to life - Help shape and express the Starbucks voice in a way that's friendly, authentic, and culturally aware. Spark conversation - Engage with our community across platforms, responding to comments and joining relevant conversations. Stay curious - Monitor social trends and off-channel discussions to find opportunities for Starbucks to connect meaningfully. Write with purpose - Craft thoughtful, timely responses that reflect our values and tone. Share insights - Report on community feedback and emerging trends to help inform marketing and product decisions. Support partnerships - Collaborate with the influencer team to identify and engage with brand advocates. Foster belonging - Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming online environment through thoughtful moderation. We'd love to hear from people with: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Some experience in social media, community engagement, or customer service is a plus. Strong writing and communication skills. Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.). A creative mindset and a love for internet culture. Empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
