Summary: Experienced Commodity / Account Management & Strategic Sourcing professional, overseeing supplier selection and contract negotiation. Responsible for partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Support the execution of global category strategies by delivering spend analysis, market intelligence, dashboards, and executive‑level insights. Support global and regional negotiations through cost models, benchmarks, and structured negotiation preparation, track contract renewals and compliance. Identify, size, and track cost‑reduction and productivity opportunities; support AOP commitments and savings validation with finance. Manage category council governance, including meeting cadence, materials, action tracking, and supplier/QBR review preparation. Partner with regional sourcing and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent execution of global category strategies across regions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. 10 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or related roles. Experience supporting global or regional sourcing teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HVAC, copper, aluminum, steel or related component supply base. Exposure to global negotiations, contract management, or productivity programs. Experience working with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
