On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Associate Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

ASSOCIATE MANAGER, ENTERPRISE GROWTH MARKETING - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Associate Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing will focus on leveraging multiple digital channels to drive business results in retail and global business banking. This role involves leading the development and execution of paid media and affiliate marketing programs to enhance unit sales, revenue, and growth.

ASSOCIATE MANAGER, ENTERPRISE GROWTH MARKETING - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 2-4 years’ industry and/or relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, affiliate marketing models, technology, and analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display & Video 360, Google Campaign Manager 360, and Search Ads 360
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of strategic thinking
  • Superior writing, research, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage, collaborate and/or influence cross-functional groups and senior stakeholders

ASSOCIATE MANAGER, ENTERPRISE GROWTH MARKETING – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • French proficiency is an asset
  • Experience with affiliate platforms
  • Experience in retail and global business banking marketing
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert across all digital acquisition channels, including paid media and affiliate marketing.
  • Tie acquisition efforts into the overall omni-channel strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising and affiliate marketing trends, best practices, and platform capabilities.
  • Lead the development of Paid Media and Affiliate Marketing strategies to drive unit sales and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring budget efficiency and performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks to expand reach and drive incremental growth.
  • Partner with customer journey managers, content specialists, SEO specialists, and ecommerce team to improve digital sales performance.
