Job Description Team Oversight & Development Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions. Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team capabilities. Compliance & Process Governance Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases. Monitor database health and assist in initiatives Operational Excellence Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives. Maintain high standards of data quality and minimize manual errors. Stakeholder Engagement Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and support resolution efforts. Qualifications 7-10 years of experience with 3-4 years of supervisory or team lead role within operations, data management, or compliance-driven environments. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Discover, Excel, and other reporting platforms. Stakeholder management expertise, including experience collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Tech, Data Ops, Client Ops) and external partners. Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency. Ability to manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
