Overview This role sits within the Strategic Partnerships team and is primarily focused on managing and delivering brand-level reporting and analytics across multiple portfolios. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of key performance reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights to support business decisions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on expertise in reporting tools and systems. It also involves driving consistency in reporting, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting ongoing business performance tracking in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Own and deliver a suite of brand performance reports, including volume, depletion, selling stores, and scorecards across multiple brands. Manage key reports such as Bundaberg Volume/Region/KA Scorecard, KDP Field Ops Performance, ABT Chilled Tracker, Convenience and Dairy Report, FOBO Report, and PBT Factbook. Handle brand-specific tracking including Celsius, Rockstar, Alani Nu, Poppi, Ocean Spray, and others across depletion, selling stores, and scorecards. Prepare and maintain trackers like Celsius Incentive Competitive Pricing Tracker, Celsius COGS DSD Rebate, and Bottle Bill analysis. Deliver periodic reporting such as KDP Lap Chart + Juice and support invoice-related tracking like Ocean Spray Percentage Fee Invoice Volume. Manage exception and variance reporting including Void Reports (TBG, Bundaberg), DNP reports, and funding trackers. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. Support ad-hoc analysis and business queries related to brand performance. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in reporting workflows. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines. Qualifications Experience managing P&L, core financial planning role 7-9 years of financial planning and analysis experience for postgraduates (6-9 years for chartered accountants) Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance & systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Mosaic, Cockpit, PSRA , IRI Tableau/Power BI knowledge Advanced excel skills Able to work independently and take initiative Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance Ability to function well in a team environment Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
