Job Purpose: The Construction HSE Senior Team Member is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of robust HSE systems and processes tailored to the construction of petrochemical plants. This role ensures site safety compliance, effective risk management, and proactive incident prevention by executing safety procedures, conducting audits, and coordinating emergency preparedness. The Senior Team Member collaborates with stakeholders to maintain alignment with safety standards, assists in managing contractor compliance, and supports team development through targeted training and competency evaluations, contributing to a safe and compliant construction environment.
